What is Hakuouki SSL? Is a PS Vita otome game that was released in Japan in 2013. It is a spin off from the original game that was based in the Edo era. SSL (or Sweet School Life) brings our favourites characters into our modern world as high school students and teachers at a private academy in Tokyo, Japan. Characters::small_blue_diamond: Chizuru Yukimura (main character) The main character of the setting.

A first year and the only female student of Hakuou Academy. With an invitation from childhood friend Tousou, she resolves to enrol in the institution. She lost her parents at an early age and has since been living with Koudou Yukimura, a distance relative. She has a twin brother called Kaoru Nagumo, who lives separately in another family.

Their relationship is estranged. Secondary characters include: Kaoru Nagumo, Sen Suzuka, Kosuzu Suzuka, Keisuke Sannan and others from the original series.
