Hi I have difficulty getting my 3G modem to connect. With my laptop I just plug it in and it works, but with my desktop it just shows 'No mobile devices connected'. My USB drivers are as follows: Generic USB Hub Intel 82801DB/DBM Universal Host Controller - 24C2 Intel 82801DB/DBM Universal Host Controller - 24C4 Intel 82801DB/DBM Universal Host Controller - 24C7 Intel 82801DB/DBM Enhanced Host Controller - 24CD USB Mass Storage Device USB root hub Usb root hub USB root hub USB root hub I cannot connect to the internet to do the Windows Update Scan, as I can't get this modem to work.
